“Very good hotel and pleasant staff”
Was there for work and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is new, rooms are large and comfortable. Staff at the checkin counter (Luci) was great, pleasant, friendly and helpful. Tried her best to get me the room I wanted.

“4 star hotel, the service less then 4 star.”
This one of biggest hotel in jambi. The four star hotel and luxury. The rooms is new, good. Has a sofa, work desk, aminities like as 4 star hotel. The location is good, near supermarket, coffeeshop, bar, food and close to airport. But the minus of this hotel, the services is not like 4 star hotel.… more
