It was our fifth time at this cosy family hotel. Every time we start planning a trip, we look at other places and realize that we want to go only to Talao. The staff there is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. We prefer to stay in more spacious cottages though. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The chef is creative and offers food traditional for this region. The waiters are well trained thanks to the restaurant manager Francesco who is doing a perfect job. The atmosphere at the restaurant has changed a lot after he started working there. He is a true professional. We appreciate everything Ada is doing for this place. Definitely want to keep coming here. Iurii, Katerina and Alisa.

“Ideal Hotel in beautiful town”

great location--5 min walk from town center--breakfast good--great facilities in private beach with good reclining chairs--clean beach rooms very spacious with great views--price very reasonable staff very friendly the Hotel is virtually in the Sea free parking

“Functional”

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for one night to break up a long train ride from Rome to Catania, Sicily. The staff were very good and helpful. Our room was the huge problem. My wife and I stayed at the hotel for one night to break up a long train ride from Rome to Catania, Sicily. The staff were very good and helpful. Our room was the huge problem. It was about 110 square feet, just big enough for the bed, nightstands, and not much else. It did have a nice balcony facing the sea and a small bathroom. The hotel had a nice small bar for wine, grappa, etc. with a decent breakfast. WiFi was not very good with what appeared to be different networks depending on which floor one was on. At times, a given network worked on one floor but on no other. WiFi on the main ground level was a bit spotty as well. I was constantly having to reconnect. Again, except for the room, which was at the end of a corridor on the third floor, and the WiFi, it was ok for one night.

We are so delighted to be here, the coast is beautiful the people we've met are very open and friendly. The hotel is situated on the beach and from our room we are looking onto turquoise water. The room is superb comfy and spotlessly clean. Nothing is too much trouble everyone here is helpful and always with a friendly smile. The food is excellent and as always in Italy there's more if you want. This is the start of our week and I really don't want it to end. Thank you hotel Talao.
