The Blu Suite Hotel in Bellaria is simply fantastic. It is located right infront of the beach. Literally across the road. It has its own beach area with a bar for cocktails and an apperitivo, an immaculatly kept clean beach with deck chairs and umbrellas. The hotel itself has its own pool which my son and his friends really enjoyed. There is a warm pool area for those who like to lounge about in the water and a larger pool area to splash about in. Super child friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with all sorts on offer including sweet and savoury options and has GLUTEN FREE options! We were there for our friends wedding and reception, what a brilliant day! The food at the reception was amazing as was the apperitivo on the front lawn. Again there were gluten free options. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with its own balcony. The bathroom was huge with a massive shower. Super clean. The hotel has its own private parking area for cars which is gated. I really cant speak highly enough of this hotel. Our experience was fantastic. We will be going back!! Il Blu Suite Hotel di Bellaria è semplicemente fantastico. Si trova proprio di fronte alla spiaggia, letteralmente dall’altra parte della strada. Ha una propria area riservata sulla spiaggia, con un bar per cocktail e aperitivi, una spiaggia impeccabilmente pulita con lettini e ombrelloni. L’hotel ha anche una piscina privata che mio figlio e i suoi amici hanno davvero apprezzato. C’è una zona con acqua calda per chi ama rilassarsi, e una piscina più grande per giocare e divertirsi. È un posto super adatto ai bambini. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. La colazione è stata incredibile, con una vasta scelta di opzioni dolci e salate, e con opzioni senza glutine! Siamo stati lì in occasione del matrimonio e del ricevimento di amici, una bellisma giornata di festa. Il cibo al ricevimento è stato eccezionale, così come l’aperitivo sul prato davanti all’hotel. Anche in questo caso c’erano opzioni senza glutine. La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, con un balcone privato. Il bagno era enorme, con una doccia grandissima. Pulizia impeccabile. L’hotel dispone di un parcheggio privato e recintato per le auto. Davvero, non posso che parlare benissimo di questo hotel. La nostra esperienza è stata fantastica. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

The hotel is small but is very well run and spotlessly clean. Staff are brilliant, very friendly and helpful without exception. The pool is small so we didn’t spend any time there and went to the beach instead. The private beach is across the road- there is a crossing. Sunloungers on the beach are allocated to your room which was brilliant. There are breakers in the sea so for the most part it was calm and great for swimming and snorkelling. The beach cafe was excellent with fresh made smoothies and juices, poke bowls and lots of other options. The room we had was a triple with the wardrobe making a divider between beds which was great. The room and bathroom were clean and decor was up to date. Beds were comfortable. There was only one electrical socket that was usable and that was in the kitchen- we had to unplug the kettle. The mini bar only had 3 cartons of water and there were only a couple of sample packets of coffee and tea. Would expect a full mini bar and drinks options for 4 star. Breakfast was good. Orange juice is made fresh but it’s not always easy to get them. They also ran out of cutlery and plates each day and in busy times there were a lot of gaps in food options so there was some waiting around. We read before we went that the hotel is in a quiet area. Unfortunately this was not the case in particular on the weekend with Becky Bar across the road holding DJ events until 3am. There was a ticketed event 2 or 3 nights with the road being closed. However the music and parties are regular on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. It would be worth asking for a room away from that side of the road as we could hear everything thenDj was shouting and the music so it was impossible to sleep. Overall this is a nice hotel in an out of the way location with little around to do. Would recommend hiring a car as San Marino, Bologna, Rimini, Ravella and even Maranello are all within driving distance. We used the bus to start but found we couldn’t get a bus back from Rimini as they were so full they didn’t stop at our bus stop so we ended up getting an Uber - not easy as there aren’t many in this area. If you just want a week relaxing on a lovely beach with nice food and great hospitality this is a great place.

Very good resort. One of the main reasons we love it is that the hotel has its own private beach and that each room is attributed a fixed beach umbrella and two deck chairs which means you can go whenever you want and be assured you have your usual reserved place. The sea is not the maximum but at least it is on the other side of the road. The pool is particularly small for the number of guests who have the bad habit of hoarding loungers for the rest of the day, but we preferred to stay under our reserved umbrella on the beach. The other asset is having access to a private locked parking lot where you can leave your car for all assurance. Management, guests' assistants and the rest of the staff are very friendly and smiley and ready to help wherever they can. This is why we have returned here, to find a nice quiet area where to rest for a few days.

Reception staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was amazing, bed super comfy, and overall cleanliness throughout. Only thing to improve would be the gym (which I've been told that there should be a refurbishment taking place in 2025), more kitchen cleaning equipment in the rooms to wash dishes provided with, and having some excursions available for residents even in low season :)
