An exellent hotel with extremely nice, good natured and helpful personnel. The breakfast was great, especially considering my gluten- and dairy-free diet. I’m not used that many choices. Great location by the beach and a 15-20 minute walk to the Rimini Street Market. Everything was clean and orderly, the only negative was that our bed was too hard for my taste.

If you plan to come to Rimini, please come to this hotel if you want to feel welcomed, cared for and to be near to this beautiful sea. I have never experienced such a nice hospitality from a hotel. When you look at the staff you see they are happy and work like a big family. They greets you everytime with a huge and honest smile. Rime is just there for you anytime with any wish, and so friendly and happy to help. When i arrived very late on Sunday evening, the receptionist was so kind and did a very quick check-in, seeing how tired was, i even got a room upgrade with a balcony. The rooms are so unique, they still have the old style but they are super clean, spacious, and the view from the balcony.. don´t even have to describe. The housekeeping is super friendly and ready to assist. The Breakfast is soo much better then i expected (or what you usually get as an Italian breakfast), i had still warm croissant, cold cuts, warm dishes, you can ask them to make you fresh coffee (not the one from the machine) and they have milk alternatives as well. Roberto was super nice every morning and welcomed me with my favorite coffee and with a nice boun Giorno. And the cherry on top was, when i came downstairs to work a bit from the lobby, and Domenico, the manager saw me working (it was a bit loud there) and he first asked me if i want some coffee, and if i need anything and then he just offered to take me to a calm room where i can work on my own in quite. I was sooo grateful for him, and then he just brough me some snacks and water in order to feel myself more cared. Does this even happen nowadays? I cannot be more grateful. So thanks you very much, Grazie Mille Hotel Bellevue team, i loved it here, and you made my stay so special. I will return as much as i can. Thank you you much!

Lovely hotel stay which was excellent value and in a fantastic location close to the beach and about 10min walk to the train station and 15-20min to the old town. Amazing views. Staff were friendly and the hotel rooms were clean. Toiletries and tea/coffee facilities were provided. The children got a delicious easter egg at the end of the stay which was a nice touch. We opted in for breakfast which was fine but could have been better with warm croissants and some more change in daily options. The TV could also have better reception. With these two things, this hotel could be a 5 star option. Recommend a stay here.

The hotel itself was okay, the staff friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is actually perfect, too. The view to the sea was great, but some things in the room i did not like. Firstly, there was no shampoo in the shower, i had to request it separately (i was staying 4 nights). The mattress of the bed was sunk in on one side, so i had to sleep on the other side of the bed to be comfortable and the AC in the room did not work, so i had to sleep with the window open, which i didnt really mind. There was free water in the fridge and a complimentary cookie. I did not hear any noise from the other rooms, either. The thing i did not like the most, was after i left, which was at 5,30 in the morning, not an hour later i received an email thanking me for my review on booking.com, which i did not write. It was rated 10 with the comment "exceptional", which it was definitely not. I wrote an email to the hotel as well, asking to delete that comment, as i did not write it and want to write it myself, and received a call from the hotel a few minutes later, claiming it was not them. But only they and I had my booking information, and one mistake i made, was show the confirmation email to the employee there, which included a booking pin code which is later used to write the review. Now i do not find this review on booking, nor i can write a new one, thus why i am writing it here.
