A hotel that has managed to retain its charm and sense of privacy, even in the age of mass tourism — something usually only possible in a small hotel — all without compromising on service. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. You get that unique feeling that you’ve been here before, even if it’s your very first time. The location is magical — the pure Italian air and sunshine will delight anyone who knows how to appreciate those rare moments when you truly get to experience the unique charm of Italy. The breakfast selection is excellent. P.S. Vegans are welcome and no one is bothered by it.

“Business trip”

We were here overnight on business and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The staff wear many hats as they go from reception to bar eccetera but they do a great job. After staying in a small Rome Hotel this place was amazing. Everything was king size from the shower to the bed.

“Enjoyable stay”

Four of us spent a week at this hotel during our stay in Civitanova. It is in an ideal location - close to the centre of town and restaurants as well as walking distance to the beach and lidos. Four of us spent a week at this hotel during our stay in Civitanova. It is in an ideal location - close to the centre of town and restaurants as well as walking distance to the beach and lidos. Rooms and bathrooms are of a good size, beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. Our two rooms both had balconies with lovely views. They also have good internet which is always a plus if you’re an overseas visitor. Their breakfast is also very good - there was always a good selection of hot and cold food, fruit and pastries, good coffee and the young people assisting were very friendly and helpful. It’s a shame there isn’t any access to the lovely garden outside the breakfast room as it would have been nice to have breakfast there. My only negatives are that they don’t seem to have a good restaurant for evening meals which would come in handy when you don’t want to go out or if there is a storm as happened one night during our stay. They have something called the Ciacco which I’m not sure what it is - it looks like a gambling establishment with old formal tables and chairs and there never seemed to be anyone in there. Also, the receptionists, albeit very friendly, were clueless when it came to information about the town, public transport or anything else we asked about. It didn’t help that the Information Office in the city seemed to always be closed. All in all though, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend staying there.

4* are not adequate to this hotel and its service. - paid parking in the garden with necessary call every time when go in and out - dirty area in front of hotel - breakfast every day same: proscuito, ham, cheese, boiled eggs and scrubled eggs - not new bottle of water every day, vegetable - only tomatos - low signal of wifi in rooms I also dont need to exchange towels every day, but room service did so. Very good is location close to the sea. Aslo receptionist was very kind.
