This property is in an ideal location right next to the San Nicola Basilica and in the heart of the old town. The room were in was spacious and spotlessly clean. We had amazing sleeps due to the comfort of the bed. There was a large bathroom with an excellent shower and basic cooking facilities; not that we cooked anything due to all the amazing food outlets outside. We had a small balcony but upstairs there is a large terrace with incredible views. Having said that, the climb to get there was a bit much! Sara, perhaps the owner, was absolutely delightful! Just a sweet and thoroughly helpful person! And she looked like my twin sister so she was very good looking too! 😂 A man also offered us taxis to the airport and the beach and he couldn’t have been more helpful either. When I return to Bari and I most definitely will because it’s an incredible place, we will book here because it really is perfect in every aspect.

This is really an amazing place in the best part of Bari. In the middle of Old Town, where you would want to be! Sara is also incredible and really goes out of her way for you. When I arrived a bottle of water had leaked in my black purse and I was wearing white pants. The purse was completely soaked and my white pants black. She took it immediately for me, dried my purse and washed my pants and got it all out. While we were exploring the city, Very kind of her. She has different rooms, upstairs …. Where also the rooftop terrace is (views!!!!) and on the ground floor. We had the one on the ground floor and absolutely loved it. Very convenient and clean. Sara does not speak English but still it works very well with a translate app on her phone. Was no problem at all! Her whole family (also husband and son) were very helpful and telling us were to go etc etc. If we go back to Bari I would definitely stay here again and recommend you do too!!! Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay in Bari!

First of all, the location is very good, position in old town, 50m I would say from seacost walking area, from water, in front of st Nicola church, in quite street. Building is typical old town style, beautiful construction. We had a room on 3th floor, just under the rooftop, from which you can see all city, and where you have a sitting area, with table and chairs- perfect. The view is staning! Room is Italian-French style, with styled mirrors and furniture. Big closet, everything new. Cleanless is 10+, the host Sarah is changing every day the towels and cleaning up the room like in the hotels. (Making beds, bathroom, towels, even she packed my clothes ...) Free WiFi of course, perfect connection, even outside the building . TV, have a lot of programs. Breakfast in perfect bar, just 100m away, croasans, coffee free. People so polite and friendly over there. We were there for New Year, so at 1st of January Sarah brought us a breakfast in the room. What to say more about this accommodation ? You have hotel service in beautiful apartment in old town, but somehow feeling like domestic. All recommendations, I will add a pictures. Perfect for couples, just amazing experience .

This quirky "affitacamere" (not a B&B since there is no breakfast) will make you feel part of an Italian city. The charming owner speaks no English. The street is officially pedestrianized but Vespas and bigger bikes seem to be honorary pedestrians. Neighbors and passersby talk, laugh, argue. Our ground-floor rooms was comfortable and featured a new marble bathroom but also a disconnected kitchen sink and a discarded microwave. We never saw the roof terrace because the stairway was occupied by workers installing more marble. Stairs are seriously steep.
