“The best in Polignano a Mare”
Fantastic location! Beautiful hotel with a very accommodating staff. We stayed there for 6 days and were very sad to leave. Will stay here again just for the view from the breakfast room not to mention the scrumptious food each morning.

Covo Dei Saraceni was incredible — the sea views were breathtaking and the atmosphere so relaxing. The location is perfectly walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel is perfectly situated, overlooking the sea and the cove to the main beach. The room had a small balcony, great for having a glass of wine and people watching.
