“Beautiful and relaxing.”

Beautiful and relaxing place. Super helpful staff, incredible gardens. There were pink flowers and butterflies everywhere. We stayed in a villa which was very comfortable.

We spent a week in a lovely apartment in the residence and enjoyed the restaurant and facilities of the hotel. The apartment had many lovely extras, including a welcome package of food to make a pasta meal and local olive oil. Very generous toiletries in the bathroom of the same high-quality products sold in the hotel, and a huge box of very soft tissues, these were all really lovely extras. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The grounds to the complex are so beautiful full of flowers and butterflies and a pool which had a lifeguard on duty all day. The food on offer in the restaurant buffet was generous and high quality, and everything was fresh, local and made by the chefs. I would like to offer the highest recognition to all the staff throughout the hotel and complex. Every member of staff from the reception, office, bars, lifeguards, porters & restaurants were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble; they all went out of their way to ensure we were having a wonderful time on our holiday. They provided the absolute best customer service and as someone who used to train companies in Customer Care, I am not often able to say that. The staff here are amazing! I would like to make a special mention and thanks to Paulo the Restaurant Manager who gave me incredible personalised attention due to my Gluten Free diet requirements and to Daniel in Guest Relations who made our stay extra special. We would definitely recommend this hotel and residence to anyone who enjoys high quality accommodation, food and service.

“Gem of Northern Sardinia”

We had a wonderful time at this resort. We rented one of their villas for a week at the end of May for half term. This was one of the smaller villas (Villa A in the photos on their website) - Villa Asfodelo. It had seaview, was spotlessly clean and very spacious. It was great to sit outside in the evenings (we were lucky with the mosquitos..) and mornings looking out at the boats passing by. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We had the best sleep in ages. The staff were all incredibly friendly, Daniel the ? customer relations manager? and another (sorry can’t remember his name) showed us to our villa and explained everything when we arrived and staff at the pool and restaurant were all lovely and seemed genuinely pleased to look after guests. The pool was still a bit chilly but we still spent quite a bit of time in it and relaxing around it after coming back from exploring the area. Unfortunately we did not try breakfast but thought the dinner buffet was to very high standard (although only tried once). We usually walked into Cannigione for dinner which is a lovely little sea side town with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would absolutely recommend this gem of a resort. Very very slight negative was maybe the water pressure in the showers and there were no plates just bowels (I am sure someone would have been there immediately though if we had asked) . Wish we could have stayed another week!

“A definite place to holiday”

On Arriving to Cala Di Falco we were greeted with exceptional reception staff, the hotel is beautiful, everything you can ask for. We stayed in the self catering apartments across the street, these are perfect, the layout around the pool is fabulous, there was the biggest welcome pack I’ve ever had, including pasta, passata, spices, preserves, their local bread and lots more. The bathrooms had gorgeous smelling toiletries with plenty of toilet rolls. They hotel and apartments are just a 5 min walk to the beach and the town and harbour another 5 mins at most. If you need to book excursions, busses, anything you you need to know Daniel is at the hotel, he was so Pleasant, helpful, he made enquiries about taxis, excursions, gave us information on busses, beaches, shops… everything, a real asset to the hotel, Thankyou Daniel. We came the beginning of June which was quieter, so if you want busier I’d recommend coming in high season. We booked our holiday with ’just sardinia’ who I can’t recommend enough, always there if needed. Their holiday app is easy to use and has everything you need on there. All around a fabulous Holiday.
