The hotel boasts a great location, gorgeous surroundings, and excellent staff, including helpful receptionists klara & her colleagues Maria I forget her name. The hotel's cleanliness, stylishness, and stunning sea view make it a top choice for travelers. Breakfast is delicious and they have special catanian counter for local food. Breakfast team was very helpful and attentive.

“Clean but basic.”

The hotel was ok. It was clean and while it had a great view across the street, it was a little far from the city center and made transportation sometimes difficult or just expensive. The hotel was ok. It was clean and while it had a great view across the street, it was a little far from the city center and made transportation sometimes difficult or just expensive. My room was rather odd with virtual reality art, and was basically just uncomfortable. It lacked furniture other than the bed and an extremely hard stool and small ledge for a desk. It also only had instant Nestle cafe packs and hot pot while I found out the last day, others had a Nespresso machine and espresso! The staff was kind but not overly helpful and often asked ..."just one" when I was trying to book services or tours. I did have a spa treatment but wasn't aware that there was also a steam, jacuzzi and sauna area and it wasn't offered to me. It's a solid 3 stars but nothing more.

This hotel has a fantastic sea view from rooms located at the front of it. However, be aware there is a beach club/lido, which plays really loud music until the early hours and can still be heard through the double glazing. This hotel has a fantastic sea view from rooms located at the front of it. However, be aware there is a beach club/lido, which plays really loud music until the early hours and can still be heard through the double glazing. The bathroom in our deluxe room was in desperate need of a renovation. The whirlpool bath had filthy jets, making it unusable. Carpets in corridors were badly stained and the hotel looks generally tired. Priority is definitely given to American residents who are clearly very generous at tipping all staff while all other guests are left to wait for service . Not great when there are several coach parties arriving everyday at the hotel and stretching staff to their limits. Our room was not cleaned until 4pm in the afternoon and we needed to wait in the lobby upon our return one afternoon until it had been cleaned. We were also a little disappointed in breakfast which had a very mediocre spread . I so wanted to love this hotel, but was just a little let down by it.
