“Lovely old place, real character!”
Stayed here for two days in January for work. Lovely old building, the stairs are amazing! Yes it’s a walk up the stairs, so what? Yes sound travels through wooden floors, who cares? The hotel is located in the old part of Augusta town. The hotel is very near to church and port. The building is old but well maintained. The internet speed is good but some rooms have speed issues. “Good rooms and reception staff rest poor”
Great building, large rooms and bathrooms but sink and shower draining painfully slow. Perfumed room 204 with small window makes breathing difficult. Breakfast is typical Italian- coffee and croissant with chocolate - worth 3 euros.in cafeterias around. Wi-Fi and mobile overage poor in most areas.… more
