Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of thanks to cleaning stuff manager Mrs. Martina. We had the pleasure of staying in a wonderful room. However, the real highlight was the huge terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. What truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. I have to mention about: senior Carmello - polite and professional. His smile and dedication to guest comfort made every meal a pure pleasure. Arifet (animator) - a delightful person full of positive energy who knows how to make every guest smile.

“Fabulous stay”

We booked this hotel via Tui and was attracted by the fact it was highly rated and all inclusive. It did not disappoint. The hotel has a well designed layout, and is immaculately kept. We stayed in one of the bungalows separate from the main hotel building which was spacious, had everything we needed and included a small private outside decking area with comfy chairs and a table. It is a very short stroll to the pools, beach and main complex with beautifully lit paths at night. The facilities at the hotel are very good with several large pools, a private sand and pebble beach, tennis and pickle courts, table tennis, a small football pitch and volley ball area as well as an entire separate and secure children's club area (we would certainly consider taking our grandchildren there). The buffet style restaurant is large, very clean and well organised and the food very varied and good.There are also a couple of a la carte restaurants which need to be booked in advance. Whilst most of their menus are included in the all inclusive, there are also additional payable options. We dined in the steak restaurant and the food was excellent. Also to be noted is that the all inclusive option includes premier brand alcoholic drinks, unlike many other hotels we have stayed in.The staff throughout the complex are extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. There aren't any real criticisms of the hotel itself, but a few things of which to be mindful as follows: 1) If, like us, you are a couple (and of the older generation), be aware that it is a family hotel and the restaurants and bar areas can get quite noisy. We went end of April to start of May and even in the 'quiet' season, there were a lot of families with young children and on occasions the restaurant and main bar had a lot of very excitable younger children running around (most well behaved but very energetic :)) 2) The hotel location is perhaps not best suited to anyone who likes to jump on a local bus and explore the local sights etc. We tried to walk to the nearest village but due to the main road had to turn back. There is a minibus laid on twice a day to the beautiful town of Cefalu which is reasonably priced at €10 per person but to be honest, you can see most of the town in one visit. There is also a couple of other trips laid on by the hotel to Palermo and a local market but we did not go on those. Because our stay was just before the high season, there were also no TUI days trips organised. 3) Evening entertainment when we went was very limited. Every night the resident pianist played in the main bar area (and he is absolutely excellent), but other evening entertainment for adults does not start until 10pm which is a tad late and is organised by the hotel entertainment team and very limited. That said the outside evening entertainment area was being set up as we left so in the high season, so I should imagine that the offering is much more varied. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel as excellent value for money.
