First time we stayed in the apartment “Casa Vacanze Zio Pasquale”, Cefalu for seven nights in June 2015. In June 2016 we stayed there for two weeks. This apartment is situated in historical part of Cefalu. It takes only fifteen minutes to get that apartment from the Rail Way Station by walk. And it is going to take fifteen minutes to get the Cathedral or Mandralisca Museum by walk from that apartment. Sea shore and beach are situated in three hundred meters and it takes only five minutes to get them any time. Apartment had a hall with kitchen equipped with all necessary to prepare your food including refrigerator and natural gas. In 2015 we stayed at ground floor apartment and this year we lived in apartment situated at first floor with balcony. It was absolutely same in plan and design. Hall was big and comfortable, equipped with all necessary things such as TV set, central heating system, dining table, sofa and etc. There was one bed room. Bath room and toilet were equipped with bowl, bidet, shower cabin and washing machine, hair dryer and etc. Apartment has two air conditioners, one in hall and second in bed room. There was quite home atmosphere in this apartment. Free Wi–Fi was available in all areas of apartment. Since Cefalu is the city situated at the sea coast you should remember that air there is wet, so don’t forget to put your air conditioners at dry air mode.

“Excellent stay in a wonderful location”

Myself and my husband stayed 5 nights.We were welcomed by a lovely lady Rosalba, she was very helpful and gave us lots of tips about where to eat, local supermarkets and day trips to do. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and in an excellent location. The bedroom/living room was comfy, there was good wardrope space, seating area and the aircon worked a treat. As far as holiday apartments go, the kitchen was a reasonable size and included a washing machine, which came in handy for us. There small balcony (not really big enough to sit out on) with a drying line, which always came in handy. We faced into the street, there was next to no street noise. We were delighted. The bathroom was clean and modern, the shower did drive me crazy though, the water temp liked to change a lot, but this minor. The apartment is on the doorstep of lots lovely shops and restaurants. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. I would return and recommended to a friend.

Stayed for 1 night in September. The apartment was ideally located in the centre of town and very close to the beach, about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Check-in was a little confused, which admittedly was partly down to our very limited knowledge of the Italian language but felt the whole process could have been smoother. We stayed in several apartments during our visit to Sicily and on relfection we felt this was lacking where the others went the extra mile to welcome/accommodate us. The apartment did represent good value at the price but it was the small things that let it down. It was ideal for our 1 night in Cefalu given it's central location and we literally just needed a bed for the night but didn't feel we would have liked to stay longer. Having said that the apartment is a decent size and well equipped for longer stays and am sure would be suited to other people needs, just not to our taste.
