“Cosy, good location , perfect design and breakfast”
Gianni is a superhost, welcoming, talkative about history and culture, got high deals and secluded rooof top and restaurants. “Modern spacious room, excellent breakfast and great host”
Spacious room, modern renovation and minutes of walk to palazzo and churches. There is a mini fridge in room too. Breakfast is outstanding with sweet & savory pastries and fruits and Gianni gave great tips on where to visit. Loved it ! Highly recommend

“Perfect Stay”
Stayed there for 6 days. Great location, close to the historical centre. Gianni is a fantastic host, who could not have been more helpful. Our room was beautiful & spotless. We loved the modern style with a vintage twist. We would definitely stay here again.

“Wonderful B&B in central Noto”
Had a great stay here with Gianni making an excellent host! Location was ideal with free parking right outside and a great base for exploring Noto (walking distance to lots of great restaurants) and the surrounding area.
