“Clean friendly good location ”
This hotel is in great location 5 min stroll to beach and 5 min walk from train station the staff are very friendly and the hotel is kept very clean there are two caffe one on each end of road for light snacks drinks etc and a supermarket 2 min away would recommend this hotel to all

“Nice little place”
Nice people and comfortable rooms. The balcony was a great place to chill out in the evenings. It’s just far enough from the waterfront to be quiet, and there are several good restaurants in walking distance. The staff was helpful and excellent. Highly recommended!

“Value for money family run hotel”
Stayed in this hotel for holiday in Viareggio. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was an unpretentious clean and comfortable place to stay and a great base from which to explore Tuscany.
