“Great hotel, food was hit or miss”

“Great Staff and Location”
We there for 14 days with a tour group. Location is wonderful for walking many places along the waterfront and is very close to the bus and train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. “Nice hotel but food is not good.”
We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. This was part of a Senior Discovery tour of Tuscany. The hotel is nice but the food was not good. Most suppers were lukewarm and it seemed to be the cheapest thing they could find. Very disappointing when in Italy.
