Our second year at this Eurocamp and we have already booked next year 2026. This is a wonderful place to take your family. The facilities are outstanding but what makes this camp so special is the entertainment team. They are all wonderfully talented and very friendly / approachable. Special mention to Nicole, Lina, Tony, Francesca and Alan who made my daughters feel very special. For the adults, there is a great central square where there is a separate stage in which singers perform sets with songs from 60's through to present day. Overall, this is an amazing holiday venue which I highly recommend to anyone with a young family.

We have been to Albotros Village two years in a row now and I think that speaks for itself! Although there are a one or two negatives (very minor) the positives most definitely shine through making this park a fantastic place to holiday as a family. We booked with Eurocamp last year and went with Hu this year. I would definitely recommend booking direct with Hu, we had better accommodation for the same spec and it was actually a little bit cheaper too. We travelled from Ireland and flew into Pisa. Last year we had a 2 year old and 16 year old so we decided to rent a car (same again this year) which was well worth it as we got to explore the region of Tuscany during our stay. When in Tuscany! The Park itself is quite large offering plenty of swimming pools for all ages (although I did comment to the park that there should be a pool dedicated to younger children/ children with additional needs as it gets too busy) and amenities around the pools such a shops, bars, plenty of food options etc. The supermarket on site is large and has everything. Yes it is pricey, but you don't need to leave the park if you don't have a car as you will be able to do a full shop here (the wine barrels are win costing around 3.50 to fill a litre bottle!). The deli in the shop is incredibly handy with lots of different food and salad made fresh daily, it really puts our dell's back home to shame! There are loads of other food options on site, much more this year than last year so there is something for everyone and to be fair, anything we got was top quality, you cannot fault the food here. The pizza from the pizzeria is absolutely gorgeous! And the gelato on site- we probably still talk about daily, it is the best! The local town of San Vincenzo is about 10/15 mins drive away and there is a shuttle bus on site that runs every 20 mins or so into the town. San Vincenzo is a beautiful seaside town and has lots of lovely bars and restaurants as well as a lively marina. We ventured in here during the day and night, it definitely feels very safe and is family orientated. There's lots more activities in the park itself for children and adults. Zip lining, bikes rentals, crazy golf, the park train. We love it here! We are planning to go to Lake Garda next year to another Hu park but i'm genuinely nervous that it won't live up to this park. If you're thinking about going to Park Albotros, you won't regret it!

Camping Hu Park Albatros Village offers a vibrant and fun-filled family getaway nestled within a fragrant pine forest just steps from the Etruscan coast. This well-maintained 4-star resort brims with water attractions think a 3,000 m² aquatic complex featuring lagoon-style pools, slides, and even an indoor heated pool. Kids will be in their element with mini-clubs, a thrilling treetop adventure course, discos, playgrounds, and animation in multiple languages. For all ages, there’s sports variety too: mini-golf, multisport fields, beach volleyball, archery, and more. The central plaza is buzzing with amenities supermarkets, bars, an ice cream parlor, restaurants, gelateria, creperie, snack bar, and a lively evening market in summer. “Very good campsite but flawed.”

The camp itself is really nice. Check in was good and prompt and the walk in was long but the surroundings are really nice. Pool areas are very nice and not once did we fail to get a decent set of beds by the pool. The pools were clean and the slides were fun for our kids. The supermarket on site… more

The camp itself is really nice. Check in was good and prompt and the walk in was long but the surroundings are really nice. Pool areas are very nice and not once did we fail to get a decent set of beds by the pool. The pools were clean and the slides were fun for our kids. The supermarket on site was ok, quite expensive for some items but generally ok. Food onsite was nice but very overpriced for what you get. The pizza place is very good by the main bar and the restaurant is also nice however we felt the food in imassimo was poor. Food trucks were nice but after a week the lack of variety was starting to show. The animation team were friendly and entertained the kids. It isn't top class entertainment but they give it their all. Bars on site are really expensive. A plastic cup of beer costs 6 euro and it is not even a pint. The entertainment at night was very good some nights and ok other nights. The cabins are also nice and the decking and BBQ all good. Staff in general were very pleasant and good at what they did. On check out at 10am we wanted to go back in to get a ticket to go to San Vincenzo on the bus and we were refused and they rudely asked us for our wristbands and she cut them off with a smirk on her face as if we were going to go back in against their wishes. Very rude treatment after spending close to 6000 euro to stay and live there for 2 weeks. To add insult to injury she then said if I bought tickets before I handed her my key then I would be left back in to get the bus. Makes absolutely no sense and horrible treatment. This left myself my wife and 3 kids in the baking sun trying to get a taxi. That experience left a very sour taste after what was an otherwise very pleasant vacation. I should give 3 stars for how poorly we were treated but the park is lovely and the other staff were pleasant so I don't want to be harsh.
