booked over the phone for a last minute break in a mobile home/ bungalow at le tamerici. staff courteous and willing. pleased with accomodation - beds comfortable, kitchenette had all the necessary stuff. bathrooms small but decent. covered terrace area for eating out very pleasant. the weather was good while we were there so did this all the time. Otherwise table and seating inside is manageable. The campsite facilities are more than enough for a short stay. we rented bikes for the duration on site so spent most of the time out in the pine forest and along beach areas. The good points: market and bazar had everything we needed at reasonable prices,and the staff were pleasant and friendly and happy to pick up any fruit we wanted for example for the next day. we used the BBQ facilities - very good, only a pity they weren't a bit nearer our bungalow. Our site was very close to the neighbouring holiday village and the 'animation' noise from there was a bit disturbing but not much le tamerici can do about that I suppose. To be really honest, our main quibble was the nearby shooting range. of course they have times when there is no noise but when they are shooting, you can really hear it. could this be why the music by the pool is so loud? the pool is lovely and the music was actually ok but the volume was a bit high for us. The verdict: if you plan to be out between 10 and 1 pm and then from 4 till 7 pm, as we were, the shooting range and the music won't bother you at all. otherwise, be prepared. overall, to be recommended and we will certainly be back.

“Lovely park, shame about the sun loungers/chilling area.”

Small, friendly park, clean and well maintained. Such a shame about the pool area- we are a family of 15, hired 4 bungalows. We had a lovely time. Small, friendly park, clean and well maintained. Such a shame about the pool area- we are a family of 15, hired 4 bungalows. We had a lovely time. We have had take seat several times which has been lovely. Staff generally very friendly. Only issue, complaint is that there is an area for chilling by the pool.you could hire sun longer for 9 euro per day for 2 beds and a shade or go to grass area. For nearly 2 weeks we brought beach chairs and used them no issue. However earlier today life guard approached and advised were were not allowed to use them stating that it was not allowed. It’s the same life guard who has been here for the last few days. He came over with a cigarette in his hand to tell us not to sit in chair. They suggested using a beach towel but we already have quite alot of bites and want to avoid sitting in grass! One of the party has been bitten and has lymes disease. I think it’s understandable we want to avoid the grass especially when we are causing no harm. We are sitting out the way of everyone in quiet area!!! Seemingly the weight of a sun longer is okay on the grass but weight of a small beach chair is not. Makes no sense! Such a shame.

“Expensive for its value”

We were in a mobile home that was correct. The price was around to 200€ per night that is expensive. Common areas were old and there was no roll paper in the toilets, bad detail. We were in a mobile home that was correct. The price was around to 200€ per night that is expensive. Common areas were old and there was no roll paper in the toilets, bad detail. It’s a camping for locals and nobody speaks in English. Animation Is in Italian and if your kids don’t speak Italian they will be alone. WiFi doesn’t exist. You only can connect if you are in the reception and there are no so many people with you. These is something annoying moreover when you come from abroad.
