“Eric is a true professional! Grand Velas is true paradise.”
Eric was an amazing concierge. He checked in with us daily, sent us the activities available each day and was overwhelmingly helpful and friendly. He is a true professional. More importantly our son got sick and he helped navigate the care we needed, on his day off!
