Our family has had the pleasure of staying at Grand Velas Los Cabos multiple times, and each visit reminds us why we keep coming back. The food is consistently excellent, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and every member of the staff works hard to make guests feel welcome. While everyone contributes to making this a wonderful place to vacation, there are three incredible women who truly make this resort feel like a home away from home for our family. Ms. Yessy Flores at Azul is one of those people who immediately makes you feel welcome. She always greets guests with a genuine smile and takes the time to check in on every table without ever making anyone feel rushed. Her kindness, warmth, and positive attitude are contagious, and it's obvious she treats every guest with the same level of care. Starting each morning with her hospitality made every breakfast even more enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of working once again with Ms. Natalia Torres, our personal concierge. This was our second vacation with her, and she continues to exceed every expectation. She has an incredible gift for anticipating what guests need without ever being overly intrusive. Somehow, she always seems to appear at exactly the right moment. She doesn't just handle requests she creates memorable experiences. One of our favorite moments was when she arranged for our family to have food to feed the fish, turning a simple activity into a lasting memory for our children. It's the thoughtful touches like these that transform a great vacation into an unforgettable one. One of the highlights of this trip came from an unexpected conversation with Ms. Laura from Elit Benefits. As I was walking back from breakfast, she simply asked how our stay was going. That simple question turned into one of the most genuine, honest, and enjoyable conversations we had during our visit. Every time we saw her afterward, her smile brightened our day. When we later learned she serves in the resort's elit benefits team, everything made perfect sense. She naturally embodies the welcoming, caring culture that makes this resort so special. To the leadership at Grand Velas Los Cabos, you have an exceptional team. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and dedicated to creating an outstanding guest experience. But Ms. Yessy, Ms. Natalia, and Ms. Laura represents the very best of hospitality. They don't just provide excellent service, they create meaningful connections that make guests feel like family. Beautiful resorts, delicious food, and stunning ocean views can be found in many places. What cannot be easily replicated is the feeling of being genuinely cared for. These three women are a huge part of why our family continues to return, and they deserve to be recognized for the lasting impact they have on your guests. We are already looking forward to our next visit and hope to see all of them again. They are a true credit to Grand Velas.
