Carlos was excellent. Great customer service and took care of us the entire time. Excellent drinks and the pool was amazing. Highly recommend

“One of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time!”
I wanted to give some well due credit to Carlos at pool 26 for excellent hands on service and Antonio 32 for being such a positive and friendly courteous gentleman giving me rides all over the resort. Really made my family’s vacation incredible and relaxing!

“Our Stay at Sunset Beach”
The location, atmosphere, cleanliness, and views were amazing.
