“Exceptional service by Carlos!”
We spent several evenings having nightcaps at the lobby bar & Carlos was fantastic! His bartending skills, attention to detail and kindness were the absolute best! We are very grateful to have met him! Thanks for the "Carlos Special Espresso Martinis"!

Great experience. Great food, beverages, and service. Big shout out to the entertainment staff: Sara, Leylani, Edgar, Isaac, and Roberto. Amazing crew that made our stay even more memorable. We are already planning our next trip! There were hiccups! We will be going back despite them. I’m only talking about it so that you can learn from our mistake. We chose this resort for the 2 bedroom suite as it accommodates our family of 4 much better & is less expensive than booking two rooms … more
