“Amazing views and service!”
The resort is gorgeous and the staff is incredible. Saul at the front desk helped us out with our room and made our vacation special. We enjoyed the Pacifica for the third time. The staff is great. Shout out to to Ana and Alex at the Siempre. Rene at the pool area who was fast and efficient. The weather was beautiful! “Another relaxing visit to the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica”
We visited the resort 5/21-5/26 and enjoyed every minute. We don’t love all-inclusive resorts, but this one is the exception. The food is great; it doesn't feel mass-produced. 3rd time here and always an amazing experience. Martin from the cabanas provided great service every time we used the cabanas! Itamar and Rodrigo took great care of us during our stay!
