This is a beautiful smaller resort. Simple and clean in decor but the landscaping is beautiful. The grounds are amazingly kept by the groundskeepers daily with gentle spa music playing in the morning outside. Service was excellent from the outside bellhops to our turn down service. I recommend doing all-inclusive especially if you are a drinker. All of the restaurants are great but don’t forget to eat at Corelle, pool restaurant for dinner. Server Isaac gave us amazing service. We went there twice with him. Recommend the Garlic and Butter Shrimp or Coconut Shrimp. Christian, Pablo and Alma made pool days nice. Great servers!!!! Look for them. The rooms are very nice, cool, beds comfortable, pillows and linens felt amazing. Not much night time activities, if you are looking for that. But we would go see Orleans at the Lobby Bar after dinner for some beautifully decorated chocolate martinis. He had a great smile and you could tell he liked what he was doing and enjoyed making the cocktails for his guests to perfection. Easy checkout.

“Relaxing and beautiful resort”

Gorgeous resort and views of the ocean! Lots of pools, hot tubs, and the lazy river. Ate at most of the restaurants and none of them disappointed. Gorgeous resort and views of the ocean! Lots of pools, hot tubs, and the lazy river. Ate at most of the restaurants and none of them disappointed. The rooms were clean and modern, suites even had a washer and dryer in them. Definitely be ready to spend some money but booking with timeshare discounts was great! Super easy to find, right of the highway and has easy beach access. Cannot swim in the ocean right out front, would need to walk down the beach a ways. The waves are rough but cool to watch! Very chill vibes, every thing is quiet and closed by 10 if not earlier. The pools are lit up at night with colors but you can't swim past 8pm, still very pretty to look at. Quick and friendly service from all the staff, smiles and greetings wherever you go. Entertainer at El Patron had a great voice! Karaoke on the beach a couple nights a week was fun, though pretty short, wish it went a little later!

Great resort. Latest amenities. Lazy river and infinity pool are a must. Staff is excellent. I want to shout out to Hassan, bellman. Great guy!

Villa La Valencia is a beautiful property in Cabo with many wonderful features, but our recent stay definitely had some highs and lows. As Elite members, we booked an “Elite” room and were honestly very disappointed upon arrival. The room felt cramped and was located in the far building facing the main Cabo Corridor road, making it extremely noisy. I truly could not believe this was considered an Elite room. After speaking with the hotel manager about our concerns, we were thankfully reassigned to a more spacious room with a closer beach view, which made a huge difference in our stay. What was especially confusing was being told that next time we should request a “regular room” instead of an Elite room. That does make you wonder about the value of investing in the Elite membership in the first place. That said, I do want to recognize Bibi at the Elite Office, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout the process. She truly helped turn the experience around for us when others were too busy or pretended to be busy. We also had the all-inclusive package. Overall, the food was plentiful, fresh, and tasty. I’ll be doing separate reviews for each restaurant because several deserve individual recognition. One area that definitely needs improvement is the wine selection. The wines offered with the all-inclusive package were disappointing and could be significantly upgraded. The breakfast buffet, however, was excellent every single morning. We were greeted daily by their hostess Adriana with a happy smile. I’m not a typical American breakfast person, so I really appreciated having fresh vegetables, salads, and made-to-order egg stations available daily. The “Mexican Corner” was also a standout feature, offering freshly prepared traditional Mexican breakfast dishes each morning — absolutely fabulous. Thank you Rene and Maria! A special thank you goes to Chef David, who clearly puts his personal touch into every breakfast station. His attention to detail, presentation, and variety made breakfast a truly enjoyable experience every day. There were plenty of delicious options for every palate. Overall, Villa La Valencia has many strengths, beautiful grounds, and excellent staff members, but there are definitely areas — especially regarding Elite room assignments and wine quality — that need improvement.
