Viajero Hostels Sayulita 1024077410 I stayed at Viajero Sayulita Hostel for two weeks, and from the moment I arrived, it felt like a second home. Every single team member went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, fun, and memorable. Carla at the front desk checked me in with ease and a smile, ready with helpful advice about the town—never adding complexity, just making things simple and smooth. Vale at the front desk was equally welcoming and helpful whenever I needed something. In the bar and restaurant, Jasmine stood out with her friendly, open personality—always ready to help and happy to share about herself. Alex made great mojitos for us, and Oswaldo was a star at preparing delicious fruit bowls and stepping in to help with anything, even chasing down umbrellas and dishware when the wind picked up. Nico, the general manager, really impressed me with his personalized touch — he was thoughtful about guests’ needs, great fun at karaoke, and open about sharing his own life experiences, which made the place feel even warmer. Victoria in entertainment helped me plan my trip back to the airport prior to checkout day and was always ready with a kind word and a smile. The housekeeping team was consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive, keeping everything clean and comfortable. What really made the difference was how everyone—Carla, Vale, Jasmine, Alex, Oswaldo, Nico, Victoria, remembered my name, treated me with kindness, and nurtured a caring environment. Their thoughtfulness turned my stay into something much more than a vacation — there was a sense of community, a home away from home. I can’t recommend Viajero Sayulita Hostel enough. One of the best hostels in mexico i actually cant fault it the volunteers, food, location and atmosphere really stopd out even in low season the value for money also impossible to beat i couldve stayed in this hostel for a month given the chance i extended twice because it was so difficult to leave

I had an amazing time staying here! The hosts—Paola, Esteban, and Nico—are incredible. They truly bring people together and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. I had an amazing time staying here! The hosts—Paola, Esteban, and Nico—are incredible. They truly bring people together and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Pros: The pool and rooftop pool are great for relaxing and socializing. Fantastic social atmosphere with daily meet-ups and plenty of tours available. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time—I can’t say enough good things about them! Cons: Some showers have inconsistent temperatures. Mine was almost too hot, but that’s to be expected in a hostel. The Marietas Islands tour had an unexpected extra fee ($180) at the marina due to missing inclusions, plus the standard $33 port fee. It’s worth double-checking exactly what’s included in your tour package beforehand, as I met others who had the same issue. That said, the tour itself was worth it! Personal Experience: Unfortunately, I had a negative encounter with another guest, which affected my experience. A girl named “H” spread rumors about me, made negative comments about my age and lifestyle, and even warned others against me. I was nothing but kind, so it was disheartening to feel excluded. This led me to withdraw from social events, as I felt uncomfortable being mocked. It was disappointing that even a staff member seemed to change their attitude toward me, making me feel unwelcome at times. Despite this, I still had an overall great stay thanks to the incredible hosts, the fun atmosphere, and the social aspect of the hostel. I’d still recommend this place, just be mindful of group dynamics.
