Wow what an amazing vacation. This place is amazing. The staff is the best at any resort I have been to. The playmakers are always getting the party going Candice is amazing so fun. Our butler Alex was so attentive, he would always find us and get us ANYTHING we needed. Never had to hunt him down. We stayed in the Diamond suite and it was incredible such a clean beautiful room. It had 2 full bathrooms, amazing lighting and it was just an incredible room. The beach here is a little on the small side but over by the quiet pool there is more beach. The Eden pool and eden hot tubs are amazing. Everything the show and the vibe. Food was great. We have been to resorts with better food but this is definitely up there. I would say overall this is probably our favorite vacation/resort. In terms of value it is expensive but for the beautiful facilities in attentive staff it is 100% worth it.

This was our 2nd trip to Desire. We became members during our first trip, summer 2025. We had a great trip again and we'll be back again in 2026. The staff is dedicated to the guests experience and it shows top to bottom. The Playmakers are great. We enjoy the all inclusive, adult only, clothing optional vibe of Desire. Lounging at either pool and walking up to the pool bar for drinks is great. The shows at night are great and the sexy vibe of all the guests for whatever the theme night is fun. My wife dresses very sexy for these themes so its fun for us. Each night after the show my wife and I would go to the dance club and play room upstairs. A couple nights we walked through the play room to see others playing and a couple nights we enjoyed each other's company for others to see us. Our trip was highlighted once again by our spa visit. The spa personnel frequent the pool area to sign you up. We signed up for our visit on Day 1 for a Day 4 treatment, the "bondage experience." Our first trip we did the "erotic experience" so we decided to do a different one since one of our theme nights for "Doms/Subs, Leather/Lace." The big treatments include a half hour in a hot tub with a bottle of champaign and an open shower area. After the treatment you can shower, relax in the hot tub or lounge in the cold room, steam room or sauna. Our therapists were Luis (who signed us up day 1) and Aerial (spelling?). It was a little spicy each day as we went to the pool and saw Luis and he would just say "Yes sir or yes baby, I'll see you then." The morning of our visit he changed to "I'll see you soon baby" to us and particularly my wife. And boy, did he ever see her later that day! We'll just say he more than just saw her/us, he and Aerial provided us a unique experience and memories/stories my wife and I will have to reflect back fondly on forever. This was our second premier massage treatment at Desire and they do not disappoint. Happy to answer questions if you are considering visiting Desire or a premier massage. The bad: -Started bad even before our arrival, 5 emails(no response) 4 phone calls before we got our transportation voucher(they changed company). The bad: -Started bad even before our arrival, 5 emails(no response) 4 phone calls before we got our transportation voucher(they changed company). On arrival could not find the driver, per the voucher instruction- wrong uniform and arrival sign was also incorrect. Original company was there, easily visible with the USA transfer uniforms. - Friday was Desire 23rd anniversary, at 11 am everyone kicked out of the main pool,(to set up for PM party) 3 PM foam party at the worthless jacuzzi. People were pissed, hot as hell and hardly no shade at the Jacuzzi. Majority of guest went to the old pool, staff caught of guard, especially the pool attendant. Why not have the foam party at the original pool? (that was the consensus with the guests). -Playmakers- all lost, don't come around and talk to you anymore. Lack of enthusiasm, the few that were around. - Please no more bands, sounded horrible on Friday(4/24). DJ is the way to go. Why never a Latin band? - Parrilla night at the buffet, probably the worst steak I've ever had. - Why Premier does not have its own check out? - Coke was removed, It is Rum and Coke, not rum and Pepsi. - 99.5% of the guest were fully clothed at the pool - The big one, the jacuzzi is still leaking, if its not fix properly it will collapse. It's not a matter of if, but when The good: -The workers outstanding like always - Room was super clean and smelled good - Beside one bad night the overall food was delicious - They have a good collections of drinks - Resort is very clean - excellent WIFI, the little we use My review might be biased, I miss the original Desire RM, that is why I became a member.
