“Amazing Customer Service!!!”
This hotel graciously sheltered us when we were in Cancun during Hurricane Delta. When we found this hotel we were so thankful just to have a place to stay. “Basic, clean, pleasant, good sleep”
This is an excellent hotel for the price. The bed was huge and comfortable, the a/c worked well and the front desk staff were exceptionally kind. There is a bar/disco nearby that plays loud music all ngiht on Saturday & Sunday, but I could only hear it in the bathroom - when I closed the bathroom… more

“Good location, average hotel”
Front desk attendant was super friendly for our 1am check in. Location is good. Room was old, dated and in average condition. It did have a king size bed which was comfortable but it is a noisy hotel first thing in the morning. Ok for a one night stay but wouldn’t recommend it for longer periods.
