“Good accommodation for backpackers”
Hacienda Hotel Cancún offers a charming, traditional vibe with colorful décor and a relaxed courtyard atmosphere. Rooms are simple but comfortable, staff are warm, and the location is convenient for downtown exploring. A solid, budget-friendly option with authentic character and good value.

“Sufficient”
I stayed here one night as I had a long layover in Cancun and wanted something close to the ADO bus station. The hotel rooms could really use a refresh, but there was nothing terrible about them. “Great atmosphere - great price - needs a bit of TLC”
We stayed here 2 years ago and it was fabulous - it appears that it has not been maintained since. Its seen better days. That said, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, it was clean and the location is great. Close to bus station and some really cheap restaurants. The air con worked… more
