We absolutely loved our stay at the Cancun Marriott! This is definitely not your typical all-inclusive resort. The service was exceptional, the property was spotless, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We traveled with our 4- and 6-year-old daughters, as well as my brother and sister-in-law, for a family member birthday and there was truly something for everyone to enjoy. The resort struck the perfect balance of being lively and entertaining without ever feeling crowded or overwhelming like many all-inclusive properties can. A special thank you to Fernando and Abel, who took outstanding care of us at the pool and beach every day. Reserving a pool and beach cabana was absolutely worth the extra cost and made our experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. The evening events were a highlight of our trip and added a fun, vibrant atmosphere to the resort each night. We also loved the Kids Club. The daily pool activities kept our girls entertained, and the evening programs were perfect—giving Mom and Dad an hour to enjoy a cocktail together before dinner while the kids had a great time. What truly set this resort apart was the personalized service. Every day we were greeted by staff members who remembered us from different areas of the hotel, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Antonio was always a delight to see at dinner and consistently provided outstanding service. From start to finish, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We loved every aspect of this resort and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for couples, families, and groups alike!

From the day we arrived until the day we checked out, everyone was kind, professional, and eager to help. We would also like to offer a few suggestions that we hope will be considered to make future guests’ stays even more enjoyable, particularly regarding the hotel’s facilities and overall environment. The restrooms, both inside the guest rooms and throughout the resort, need better accessibility. The toilet areas do not have safety grab bars, which are important for guests with m mi obility limitations. The pool area does not have an accessible restroom nearby. The only restroom requires guests to go downstairs, and guests coming from the beach area must first go upstairs and then downstairs to access it. This is inconvenient and difficult, especially for those with mobility challenges. The pool bar does not open until 10:30 a.m. Guests using the pool area earlier in the morning do not have access to drinking water. Providing coolers with bottled water around the pool area before the bar opens would be greatly appreciated. There are no outdoor showers near the pool area. These would be helpful for guests returning from the beach or wishing to rinse off before entering the pool. The area used for evening shows and entertainment is too small and does not comfortably accommodate the number of guests attending. The variety and quality of the entertainment could be improved. More diverse activities and performances would enhance the overall guest experience. To create a more enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere, it would be appreciated to have music playing throughout the common areas of the resort, including the pool and beach areas. Background music would contribute to a more vibrant vacation experience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the dedication of the staff. We hope these suggestions will be taken into consideration, as they would further improve comfort, accessibility, and enjoyment for future guests. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience.
