This review is regarding my past stay in May 2026 with my family. I was pregnant during this stay and there were some amazing staff who made this trip a little bit easier for me to navigate the resort. I want to say big thank you to golf cart drivers who stopped for me as I was so out of breath. Thank you, Jorge Luis de Jesus Castaneda, Edwin and Adalid from the gold cart team for stopping for this pregnant lady in the hot humid weather. I normally walk all around but this time around it was really for me and the carts were barely coming. The restaurant staff that made this stay much better were senor Ronaldo and Jesus from cusco, and Edwin from Circus, thank you guys for making the experience much better. Carlos from check-in and check-out, he is the sweetest and so helpful! Shout out to senor Miguel who drives the big lobby to lobby bus, he is so friendly and helpful! Hope he gets a raise as he does much!!!

“A Great Time for All”

The resort offered great options for 3 generations that traveled together. The water park was great for our grandkids, ranging from 3-15. Dining options were great with reservations available for our party of 12. All service providers did a wonderful job.

We stayed at Moon Palace Grand in Mexico for 8 nights, and overall it was one of the largest resorts I have ever experienced in my life. The property is massive, almost like a complex of 3–4 hotels combined, and guests staying at the Grand section had access to restaurants and facilities across all of them. There was even an internal electric shuttle system, which made moving around the resort much easier. One of the highlights was the dining experience. The à la carte restaurants had no strict reservation limitations, which meant we could enjoy places like the steakhouse almost every night. The quality of food, especially steaks, wine selection, and overall service in these restaurants, was excellent. The hotel app was also very useful, allowing us to check restaurant hours, entertainment schedules, and daily activities. The resort also had a good water park and several pools. Due to the cooler weather during our stay, some heated pools were available, offering a comfortable (though not very hot) swimming experience. The gym was outstanding—well equipped and modern—and I used it almost daily. At the exit, there were also fresh juices, energy drinks, and healthy food options which were great for fitness-focused guests. Breakfast at the Arabic restaurant (I unfortunately don’t remember the name) was exceptional—very high quality and quite luxurious compared to standard hotel breakfasts. Overall, if you are looking for a resort with endless food options, good cocktails, and a place where you might even gain a few extra kilos during your stay, this is a great choice. On the downside, the amphitheatre area had poor ventilation, and smoke and popcorn smell often filled the space, sometimes even sticking to clothes. Another drawback was that the entertainment programs felt somewhat staged and repetitive. Compared to other all-inclusive resorts I have visited in Turkey, this hotel lacked lively daytime activities like pool parties or more dynamic entertainment options for younger guests. There was also a massage package offered with a significant discount, but the service did not meet expectations. We were charged around $200, and although they mentioned taxes, the quality of the massage itself was quite poor. On a positive note, the friendliness of the Mexican staff was excellent and left a very good impression of the country overall.

“Flo Ride amazing”

I tried the Flo Ride for the first time, and Eduin did such a great job helping me and my friends how to do it. The experience was amazing, and we had such a great time there. Awesome!
