Our second visit to The Grand did not disappoint. We stayed using a friend's Residence membership, and check-in was a breeze. There was no hard sell for a presentation, which we really appreciated. We chose a Honeymoon Suite, and it was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. While I do wish The Grand had ocean views, they more than make up for it with the exceptional food, drinks, and outstanding service. After checking in, we had lunch at Travola, and as always, it was fabulous. Ester was so pleasant and welcoming, making it the perfect way to begin our vacation. One of our favorite features is the resort app. It's incredibly user-friendly and made it easy to book restaurant reservations and keep up with the daily activities. We never had trouble dining where we wanted. We tend to eat later in the evening, which probably helped, and we enjoy the quieter atmosphere. Most mornings started with breakfast at La Cantina, where the buffet was fantastic and the location was convenient. We also enjoyed the à la carte breakfast at Casa Mia on the golf course. Golf carts were always easy to find, making the trip over simple. The food and service at both locations were excellent. We were lucky enough to have Emilio as our server at Casa Mia, and he truly is the best of the best. His attention to detail and exceptional service made this one of our favorite ways to start the day. We spent most of our days at the Unique Club. It was wonderful to see Juan again—he is always attentive, friendly, and smiling. Ebanderio is another favorite, always serving food with a smile, and we also had the pleasure of meeting Miguel, who was fantastic. These gentlemen made us feel genuinely pampered throughout our stay. Lunch and cocktails by the pool were delicious, and we rarely felt the need to leave. We did finally make it over to Los Tacos, and wow—it was amazing! Llenica was an outstanding server, and the food was incredible. It's just a short walk from the Unique Club and is definitely worth visiting for lunch. Each evening usually began at Tapa y Vino with Laura, who is simply wonderful. The service was excellent, and the tapas made the perfect start to our evenings. From there, we'd head to the Main Lobby Bar, where Jose would mix our favorite cocktails. He is an exceptional bartender and such a genuinely kind person—always attentive, welcoming, and a pleasure to chat with. Our favorite pre-dinner spot, however, is The Library (adults only). This place is incredible, and the hidden bookcase entrance is such a fun and unique touch. The service here is truly top-tier. The bartenders—Yair, Alexis, Saul, and McGiver—are among the best we've ever encountered. We were so happy to see them again during this visit. They are true masters of their craft and consistently create some of the best cocktails we've ever had. The restaurants continue to impress. This visit we tried The Grill, where Stephanie provided outstanding service. Her recommendations were spot-on, and we thoroughly enjoyed every part of the meal. A special thank you to Momo at Nizuc for helping make my husband's 60th birthday celebration so much fun and truly memorable. We're already counting down the days until our third visit. To be honest I was confused and I was with a set mind of not to engage on any commitment. "Habibi" was our rep and he explained so well the program they offer with different options I could not refuse. I switch my stay to the Grand and I can assure you it was the best decision. The beach was beautiful, the ocean had sargassum however that resort offer beauty, peace. relaxation and fun. The rooms were more spacious, pleasant view to the garden. It has lots of animals like deer's, butterflies, Humbird's and other species that makes you morning walks very pleasant and peaceful. Let us talk about the restaurants, good buffet I enjoyed very much the Cusco for breakfast and lunch, here I must mention the excellent service from the manager to the rest of the team special thanks to Rodri, amazing human being. We also ate at Casa mia, JC Grill, Boulangerie Cafe, Tavola all excellent. I missed the French Restaurant because it was adults only. Moving to the water park fun for all ages, clean, organized and the recreation team had good activities for all, live music by the pools and at nighttime. The vacation planners were helpful, Susana was great at suggesting activities, and the tours were on time and delivered what they promised. I felt safe leaving the resort. We did Coco bongo show highly recommended and we did the tour with the Cenotes and Tulum amazing as well, the spa by the golf course its small but the ladies were great. I could not book the bigger spa because my daughter was a minor. The tour guy was highly informative and patient. I had visit Cancun in different opportunities and this is the first time that I did not want to leave the reason how nice the employees were and how peaceful the resort was. You could talk to anyone, and they were happy to assist sincerely. The employees at the Cusco pool were always happy and the service was constant, love that they have a signage where you cannot hug the sunbeds since early morning lol. The drinks were good too. The only think that I was not too happy about was the beds, too soft. lol I have to say that it was a great vacation thank you to all of the employees committed to make your vacation better than expected.

“First time but not last”

Kristell, Lily, Sonia were amazing help with our 5yo learning to climb in the kids club. The staff was all around very attentive and courteous. The circus experience was our last night and what a finale. All around excellent service! We will be back!

My honest review from our 14 night stay at the Grand - 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 11. We had a garden view room in building 85 which is a fabulous location ! So close to the lobby, gym, pools - just perfect ! Our room had a king and 2 rollaways which was perfect for us and everyone found the beds and pillows very comfortable 💕 Pools - wow - we loved all the different vibes from the crazy fun at the Olympic pool and waterpark to the calmer more chilled vibes at the caribeno and the grill and the Cusco pools. We also enjoyed 2 days at the Nizuc pool - one for the World Cup final day and another day when they had a rock band there. We did go there a 3rd time but we were unlucky that day I think - they were short staffed and also seemed at a much higher capacity than we had seen before. Breakfast queue and ordering took an hour, same with lunch and you couldn’t get near the swim up bars to order drinks. Hubby said - let’s go home to the Grand 🥰 We finished the day at Los Tacos pool which was right beside our building and it’s beautiful 🥰 Food - again wow - we loved Momo teppanyaki, Agra, Tavola, Jade, Circus - we did the last 3 twice and in fact tonight for our last night we are going to Tavola again. We did eat at Trattoria but they don’t have pizza so the kids prefer Tavola. I did not listen to everyone here who said JC’s wasn’t great - you were right 🙈 Our girls loved the boulangerie and the snacks poolside too. Breakfast we always went to either Caribeno or Cusco and lunch was either poolside snacks or Caribeno pizza or The Grill. Entertainment - we loved all the shows and the kids really enjoyed the crazy games at the Olympic pool too. Pope was a huge hit for us - all the entertainment team are fabulous but he’s extra fabulous 🤩 Our painfully shy 9 year old burst out of her shell over here and was hogging the microphone at karaoke every evening 🤣 Brian was very patient with her and helped her get the right songs and Jesus kept us in margaritas while we enjoyed her singing !! They also both enjoyed the wired lounge, the dreamery at the waterpark and the activities at the playroom in the Nizuc. Lobby to lobby buses as well as golf carts were always around and we never waited more than a few minutes for one. Spa - another big wow. My girls got the Magic Moments Princess spa treatments over at the golf course spa and they absolutely loved them 🤩 A great tip was to eat breakfast at Riviera Maya over there before their spa appointments and it was fabulous 🤩 Hubby and I both got massages at the main spa in the Grand and they were amazing too. Gym is great, plenty of equipment and fun classes on each morning too. Lobby bar at night was so lovely for a nightcap - Eduardo and Yasmin were fantastic to us and we enjoyed the chats with them. Another favourite was the adults only speakeasy for a quick cocktail while the kids were getting their dessert at the boulangerie and then going to wired for a few minutes. The bounce zone was also a big hit with our girls. The staff everywhere are incredible 🤩 From reception to bars and restaurants to animation team to golf cart drivers - literally everyone has a cheery smile and greeting for all 🥰 Honestly this has been our very best holiday ever and we have totally fallen in love with Moon Palace - I am already planning Punta Cana for next summer 🤩
