“Beautiful hotel”
We stayed a couple of weeks with family. The position is eccellente, the hotel has a beatiful beach in front of it, (you don’t need to cross Any Street) and has a couple of nice pools plus an additional nice pool for little kids. “Concierge Juan Carlos Went Above and Beyond!”
Juan Carlos, Concierge at Park Royal Beach Hotel in Cancun was extremely helpful at setting up a Cabana on the beach and locating a Mariachi band to sing happy birthday for my wife. I would rate a 5 for his outstanding service!
