We stayed in the Star Class in a one bedroom swim out suite with Fanny and Victor as our butlers. They were extremely helpful and attentive, and always available for assistance when needed but not overbearing, allowing us to enjoy our trip. They booked our restaurant reservations and even decorated our room for our sons birthday celebration. They were both super nice and polite, and really helped to make our stay as ideal as possible. We got assigned to building 21 (no preselection) which was near the star class pool, a great location. Additionally in the main lobby of that building they had snacks and drinks throughout the day for Star class members that were replenished often. Housekeeping came in daily, even occasional turn down service. Pool activities were managed by Alan and the entertainment team, who were super friendly and got us engaged in a variety of activities while we were enjoying the day. Numerous activities for the kids to entertain themselves. Our son enjoyed the flowrider, which was extra, but the time management of the riders could be improved with a timer, as the time allotment was confusing. There was easy access to restaurants and food throughout the day. Both the buffet and sit downs had great selections. The coffee shop Fuel always has snacks and coffee/tea available. Had a really great time at the hibachi. Our kids enjoyed the Guys Burger during the day, super quick and easy. We also ordered room service a few times without any issues and good communication of when to expect it. There was nightly entertainment which was fun and enjoyable to watch and even participate in. The check in process could have been smoother. We were a little lost on the process and didn’t receive much help when we walked in. The non-star class check in seemed to be moving along but the star class there was one staff member and we were told to just wait. Once we got checked in, we immediately received a sales pitch which was confusing and unexpected especially since we mentioned how we had a long day of travel and we were hungry. After that brief experience the remainder of the trip was fantastic. The beach was gorgeous, white sand and turquoise water. The first few days the winds were down and the seaweed was minimal. Towards the end of the trip the winds picked up making swimming somewhat difficult and brought in some seaweed. Staff actively worked every morning to address it, as best they could. The size of the resort was ideal, not too big or small, and easily walkable to any location. We used the Star class workout facilities in the building which was very convenient and provided all the necessities needed. The larger main workout area, Pump, was multi floored and had a large selection of equipment to use. The service staff were very friendly, helpful, and polite throughout the resort. The noise level was highest during the day, as expected, but we had no issues in the evening relaxing and getting restful sleep.
