“My point of view of the Riu cancun”
This location was very nice to stay at. You’re very close to all the bars and clubs you can walk about 5min. The hotel was very nice and clean the pool area was very beautiful. “Great place for visiting Cancun!”
Went for friends wedding. Have a wonderful stay at this resort. Very nice amenities and great service by the staff. All were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again.

“Riu cancun fun!”
Great stay! Nice staff! Will stay again! Drinks were great. Only complaint will be not all restaurants were open. We had to settle with the buffet most nights for dinner.

“Friendly Staff”
The staff at the RIU was amazing. The building, however, is very old and the decor could use some serious updates. The walls are very thin and the beds are not very comfortable.

The hotel looks amazing with excellent sea views and infinity pools everywhere. The place is very clean and constantly being cleaned both the rooms and public areas.
