“Great gem in Cancun”
10/10 would recommend. This hotel was amazing all around, not only is it convenient to airport but the location was great. The service everywhere was excellent. Julio at the Cleo bar is very recommended for a great time and Juan Carlos at the pool, they will give you stellar service.

“Amazing hotel in Cancun”
Beautiful hotel with great ocean views. Had drinks at the hotel bar. The bartender Julio was amazing. Great drinks and engaging conversation. Guacamole and chips was the best my wife and I have ever had. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very accomdating.

“Great”
Julio was fantastic behind the bar — friendly, attentive, and makes an incredible spicy margarita. Perfect balance of heat and flavor. Definitely coming back for another round!
