“Awesome resort with great staff”
Amazing atmosphere!! Lots of fun I am a member at this resort and been going for a long time. Nacho was an amazing butler and really enjoyed feeling like he’s talking cared of everything!

“My goto getaway”
My favorite spot to get away. I had Azul & Leo for my butlers and they were exceptional. Hope to get them next time.

“FUNtaztik !”
We celebrated our anniversary along with friends! Nacho and Azul were very attentive , they went above and beyond decorating our room , it was absolutely amazing! They were also very accommodating in arranging our dinner and cabana reservations. Absolutely a pleasure to have them as our butlers.

“Still the funnest resort in Cancun!”
We just got back from our trip in February. We had a fantastic time. There has been a lot of complaining about the resort going downhill but I did not see it. The staff took great care of us.
