“Looks amazing til you dive deeper.”
The condo was very nice at first glance but upon closer inspection it was dated and many things were broken and/or didn’t even work including the main living room TV. The bathroom doors did not lock. “Too many different parties to deal with”
Good: The 2BR unit 1130 was clean and well-maintained. The master shower was large and wonderful. Both the A/C and the fan in the master BR were really loud. Nice to have A/C in the living room. Pros Staff was accommodating and helpful Cons Unanswered requests to repair broken microwave (sign on it indicates it’s been broken for awhile) No cold water in secondary bath Poor drainage in sinks & toilets. Peeling coatings in kitchen
