We always stay our first night of vacation at Thompson House, now Hyatt Centric Downtown in Playa del Carmen. “Karen an amazing waitress.”
While staying here we had breakfast 3 mornings and our waitress Karen went above and beyond to ensure or experience was amazing. We even ate at a different property to ensure we got her service.

“Fun and relaxed”
Enjoyed the time I was there. Staff is attentive and courteous. Luis was helpful and made us feel very welcomed. We will come back.
