“Short Stay Booking!”
A short 2 nights stay booked through Dial an Exchange! No real benefits travelling as an affiliated member, buy overall the stay was pleasant. Could do with a wider choice at breakfast to make the inclusive more appealing. Staff where attentive & helpful throughout.

“Excellent as hotel for business visits”
Good service, comfortable rooms. Close to a shopping mall and the cultural center of Playa del Carmen, but a bit away from the beach, so it is a good choice as a hotel for business visits or short stays. Overall, simple but satisfactory.

“Need some renovations on the room”
The location and the service is good, only recommend you a renovation to the rooms, so check the installations by example in my roon the buttons of the toilet are not fuction only one button was fine.
