“Great Service”
The Viceroy is all about great service. Every staff member is highly trained to ensure all guests have the ultimate experience. The food was amazing and they easily accommodated my dietary restrictions.

“Great food, great drinks, even better service”
We had an awesome stay for our honeymoon at Viceroy Riviera Maya! The food, drinks, service, accommodations, and atmosphere were all spectacular. We would like to give a special shout out to Pepé. He was so happy and personable and greatly increased the experience of our stay. We will be back!

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Viceroy Riviera Maya. The food in both restaurants was incredible and the service was unmatched. Its good not great. If you are looking for a party or even a lounge vibe this is not it for you. Its very quiet and for couples that want to really spend time with each other only.
