Yes, guests at Viva Maya By Wyndham, A Trademark All Inclusive Resort have highlighted that: Just returned from our first trip to Mexico. WOW - just what have we been missing? We stayed for 14 nights here at Viva Maya and loved every minute. Hotel is excellent, the staff are just so friendly. Fantastic location right on a lovely stretch of beach, LOTS of sun loungers under the palm trees. beach fabulous. 4 excellent speciality restaurants and we were able to use them 5 times in the 14 nights, the Mexican restaurant was excellent - service was first class in each one and we were very impressed with the quality of food provided. Main restaurant was large, this used for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the variety was excellent - lots of seafood options, including various varieties of ceviche and tartares fish served in main grill area also, food was of high quality and we were impressed. There was also a beach bar snack area, which served plentiful dishes most of the day and we used this for afternoon nibbles instead of the main restaurant, this in our opinion was a great feature. We had a room overlooking the main adults only pool area, very large, whirlpool bath, large TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime etc Hotel grounds are amazing, and including the own 'Maya cenote' lots of local wildlife roam the grounds, was really nice to see. Entertainment was continuous throughout the day around pool area and it seemed everyone was enjoying themselves. Nightly entertainment was very good with some amazing, jaw dropping trapeze shows, hats off to all those involved. it was approx a 25-30min walk into playa del carmen which we did on a couple of occasions, it wa a pleasant walk and we enjoyed ourselves on 5th Avenue. There was building work ongoing at hotel next door however and noise was an issue from 0800 - 1700 more so towards the main building area, I have raised this issue with TUI as we were not told of it. Overall a fantastic hotel and great holiday experience.
