“Butlers in Premier club worth the upgrade”
We had a great time at Ventus. Our butlers (Erik and Leopold) in the Premier Club were a highlight for sure. Our son was loving the juice boxes and we actually ran out so we asked them to get a couple extra and they truely went above and beyond by bringing us 4- 1L juices to spilt between 2 rooms.

“Great for our family”
What we loved: -lavender pillows -pools -Amazing food -beautiful rooms -beautiful lanscaping -awesome staff (shout out to Jesus, David, Alberto) Only downfall is the beach which is sub par.

“Attentive service and good food variety.”
Two of my favorite parts of the resort are the “food court” DOLORES, which gives about then varieties of food options starting at noon. And I’d would like to give acknowledgment to staff butlers Luis and Noah, pleasant and present to assist at any time.

“A very solid first all-inclusive experience”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it was amazing to have the butler service. Noah, Luis, and Hugo were always available for anything we needed. Very friendly and attentive.
