“Clean, Convenient, Good Price!”
Have stayed at several places on Isla Mujeres and this one is a great option! Spacious rooms, clean, nice bathrooms, good water pressure and good service. Can be loud at night with it being across from El Patio, but doesn't go too late. Definitely will stay here again!

“Beautiful view, clean hotel - 3 star experience but great vibe.”
The initial room was pretty bad, number 10 I believe... Air conditioning didn't work and there was just something not comfortable. “Great location”
We stayed here for 6 nights during our trip to Mexico and everything was like on pictures. The location of the Arcos hotel is great, near all tavernas, very close to beautiful playa Norte. Los arcos hotel is smack in the center of Hidalgo Av. Easy to go do anything. Few walking blocks from the ferry. The room is big with tiny balcony to sit if you like .very clean.
