“Amazing time with friends”
The staff is what makes this place, Ramon and Eglady in the Sain Kaan buffet, Carlos (Charley Chan) serving drinks around the pool, Edgar at the Akumal buffet, Christian at The Smoked restaurant and Erandi in guest Services are all such great people. I can’t wait to see you all again in October😄

“Great hotel and staff !!”
We have just returned after 11 nights at the hotel and had a great time with no complaints.
