“Butchers experience”
The food was amazing and our server was top draw. We were at the butchers and served by Edgar poor and he was very attentive

“Amazing place!”
Superb holiday. So many things to do and plenty of ways to relax too. Food was unbelieveably good - do not expect to diet! Staff all very friendly and helpful. We loved all the pools. The beach was a little smelly at times but if you go further away towards the edge of the resort it is much better.… more

“Great service”
Sergio Alberto who is the concierge that deals with spa bookings is amazing and incredibly helpful. So too were Danny, Roberto and Nairobi who helped secure restaurant bookings. And thanks to the happiest man in the resort - Ramone from the buffet, nothing was ever too much trouble.

“Great hotel and staff”
Really great hotel. The staff are fantastic! Quiet pool and beach area were our favourites. Food in main restaurants and ooshi was the best. Would go again, only downside I’d hope we were just a bit unlucky this time with poor air con in our rooms.

“Butchers at gran Sirenis.”
We went to butchers, Great restaurant, was part of our all inclusive package that needed booking. Food was really nice and the service from Daniel was superb.
