“Excellent!! Wonderful!”
We absolutely loved this resort! Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Hotel is lovely, rooms are clean , food is excellent!!!!! Antonio who works the wet bar ( swim up bar ) is incredible! He takes great care of you while you are there . Pools are clean and warm . The beach had alot of seawee… more

“There is robbery of room safes at this resort.”
If this is the Grand Oasis Riviera Tulum , do not leave your $ in the safe it is not safe at this resort! 100% positive my mom and i got robbed when we went for supper and back for 1.5 hrs , had folded up $200 in two 100 bills in my wallet along with lots of other $ , put it in the safe specially… more
