“We will be back”
Have stayed 2 years in a row, 3 months each in Villa Serena Historico. The lobby is beautiful. The staff is very helpful. The area is safe. We walk to the Machado and surrounding area every night. We love the Villa Serena, this is our second year here. The staff is very friendly and keeps it spotless. We like the authentic decor and charm of the apartments. “Coming back”
The community living at Villa Serena attracted us and will keep us. Cards in the courtyard and Happy Hour on the patio. Very friendly staff and guests. Excellent location in Centro on a quiet street. We love it! Many restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Malecon Machado and the Market.

“Nice accommodation in downtown”
Great location with fantastic, helpful and friendly staff. The apartments are basic but clean. Some offer little privacy due to the closeness of neighbours. Mainly an overwintering place for old gringos. Small, unheated pool. Nice patios, some with views. Recommend.
