“Average”
Rooms are nice spacious. Sadly breakfast was terrible staff are polite at reception. We ask to change rooms as it was very nosy. Lady at reception helped us and changed our room. Inside, the hotel is clean and well maintained. At the time of our visit it had major building work in the street surrounding it on 3 sides, which we were not told about.
