Firstly, the price point is low so your expectations should be low also. We paid £41 per night all inclusive! aslong as its clean I wasnt too fussed. Yes the hotel needs alot of TLC and it was probably grand in the 70s but it can still hold its own. The grounds are very well kept, the staff are lovely. you have the choice of x2 ala carte. (Italian was lovely) The sun beds are fine and do the job, the pool areas are lovely. The rooms are Moroccan style but comfortable and the animation team and bar staff work so hard. The shoes they put on in the amphitheatre were good (the greatest show) was amazing. The food was a solid 7/10. If you go with no expectations you will be pleasantly surprised. would definitely return.

THIS IS NOT A SPANISH OR GREEK HOTEL IT IS A MORROCAN HOTEL Different standards different country Despite initial thoughts about it being medieval and dated it's not Rooms are morrocan not premier inn! But everywhere spotlessly clean and tidy and all staff friendly and polite Plenty of sun beds around all the fantastic pools. Food great if you like salads and baked fish!! Turn left out of hotel and plenty of friendly restaurants ( Actors bar good food) We ventured along the front and happened upon a McDonald's and KFC if that's your thing. Enjoyed the massages at the spa Definitely be back again *How many waiters does it take to put a beer? 6 - one to pour it and give to argue about and watch him pour it!!!

Myself an a friend booked here last minute due to our original holiday being cancelled. We booked it after reading the reviews in the hope that some folks were over dramatising their bad reviews. Some of the reviews left little to the imagination for what we had booked and we had little options due to still waiting on our original refund processing so decided to go and hope for the best which we are so glad we did. I feel some people have paid what they have and expected 5 star+ experience and catered only to British guests. Our hotel for two of us was approx £500 for two people, 7 nights all inclusive. And we got exactly what we paid for. Yes, there are some parts of the hotel that need a bit of TLC, a lick of paint etc. the rooms are dated but ours was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The gardens and outside areas are immaculate and maintained daily by a great team of gardeners. Yes, there could be better options with food but breakfast and lunch, we couldn’t complain. Usual continental options with some local options. Dinner can be more basic with more Moroccan dishes. I’m a plain eater and can’t eat meat off of a bone but there was always pasta. Before visiting we had preempted eating out daily based on the reviews but ate breakfast lunch and dinner, apart from two evenings we nipped out through choice. Even if the food isn’t for you, you can eat out for roughly £5pp and you still get your money’s worth for the hotel, pools, bar service etc. The staff in the hotel are beyond exceptional. Every single member of staff we came across would not pass you without greeting you or having a conversation. I would recommend taking a uk extension lead for extra plugs for your room and a small travel kettle if you like a coffee in your room in the morning or at night to save going down to the bar as the complex is large, I took coffee mate milk powder also as there isn’t a fridge in the room. They don’t provide bottles of water for guests but there are water coolers at the bar, you can buy a bottle of water from the wee shop in the complex and refill it. Again, big bottles of water are pennies so you can’t complain. I’d definitely return here for another visit without hesitation. Don’t be out of by the scathing reviews. If you’re like us and happy to get what you pay for, then this place won’t do you wrong.

Fantastic location beautiful atmosphere basic rooms and food you pay for what you get. The top thing is stuff very friendly Amina Reception and all Reception Tamlelt so good 👍🏼 the metre of restaurants and all stuff very helpful. Thank you to all.
