Recently got back from a 10 night stay here and we absolutely loved it! Spotlessly clean and friendly pleasant staff throughout, great selection of food from snack bar and at meal times. Restaurant team were especially great, always welcoming and everyone had a smile and happy to see you. Lovely set up around hotel complex and felt very safe for children to go around themselves. Splash park amazing for little ones and lovely main pool but is very cold! Lifeguards also need a mention, incredibly vigilant and very friendly with the kids on the slides, one in particular was pushing the kids down and really interacting with them which was lovely to see! Evening entertainment good for the kids but could be improved for adults. Always staff bringing games out through the day for kids to play as well. Sports pitch was very popular and not just by us. Game room could do with so improving, we lost quite a few euros because of games not working or missing puks on air hockey tables? Also pool cues could definitely use some chalk! They were very difficult to play with and would often take people a looong time to play one game. This meant quite a few people had to wait around and it can be quite hot in there already, without all the extra bodies! Also the pool tables are too close together and if somebody is playing on the other, you could have to wait for them to take their go before you can go. Location of hotel okay, one little supermarket round the corner and a couple of other "beach shops" close. Small beach within 10 mins of walking although much nicer beaches around via Uber. Will need to use these as there isn't too much else around the hotel. Overall fantastic stay for families and will definitely return in the future!

this hotel was exactly what i wanted and needed for a quality time break with my 4 year old son. the food was impressive and great choices the staff were amazing the entertainment or animation as they call it were of the best attitude i think i have experienced so nice so polite and so full of energy. one of them helped me with my bags to my room as my son had fallen asleep along with the receptionist. nothing is too much trouble. the cleanliness again impressive drinks quality great and a little over generous at times the rooms were lovely and clean. however, i was placed in self catering apartment which wasn’t an issue. but there wasn’t 1 cup glass or plate or pan in the place. yet a microwave hob and well full functioning kitchen, yet i couldn’t get my son a glass of water from the fridge. seemed a little odd. beds we a little uncomfortable but not bad. but on a whole a great holiday lovely location and i would book again without hesitation. also the water park is great for little kids. again the staff are amazing

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at 3HB. I would echo the reviews of others around cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. On earlier reviews I had read that some people found that some of the pool bar staff were a bit miserable, and unfortunately I witnessed this too, which is a shame. The hotel itself is beautiful, a maximum of 3 floors, meaning that you felt as though you were in a little village Oasis, such a lovely environment. Yes pool was cold, but that was a very welcome addition given the weather is warm! We stayed in block D (none pool facing) and our balcony offered lovely afternoon and evening warm sunshine, and looked over tennis courts. The apartments are really big with a fridge, kettle etc (not that we used it). Bathroom is huge too, only down side is that the doors do not have locks on, so you need to announce to the rest of the family that you are going to use it - we have a 14yr old, and she hated feeling that she had no secure privacy The animation team manager worked so hard, put 200% into everything that he did! I was exhausted just watching him, He had 2 other males in his team, both of which were fully invested too, the girls on the team, were a little reserved, but friendly. The only down side for us was the lack of teen engagement and activities - There is a teen room, but every time my daughter visited it, it was empty. My daughter found one of the female animation team to try and get involved in activities, but she ended up coming back to us and said she felt that the lady wasn't really sure what to do with her! We can only compare to other AI places we have been before, which would put lots of effort into engaging the teens, and as a result, all the teens made loads of friends and came away with the best memories! I would say this lovely hotel is really for families with under 10's, and they were amazing at engaging that age group :) Evening entertainment was fun. If the animation team were doing it, it was a little thrown together, but actually you couldn't help enjoying it, and having such a good time, They have a local band come in for a few evenings called 33LM and they were really good! My daughter absolutely loved them. A walk down to the beach is a must, it is stunning! I would recommend wearing trainers so that you can do the walk around the coast, it is up and down sandy tracks! We had sliders on, we tried our best, but ended up turning back we just didn't have appropriate footwear! Also would HIGHLY recommend booking a Jeep Safari with Alsarafi Tours - we did the sunset one and it was the best. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday at 3HB, and would recommend it without a doubt. If you have a teen that prefers hanging with their folks, then I would take them

Not sure its a 4* hotel but it is very good, mainly because of the staff(all staff) and how clean it is. Pros - Clean, organised, feels safe, good drink selection, splash park, park, nice main pool. Cons - Repetitive food in the restaurant and snack bar, unless it's a themed night. Restaurant doesn't open until 630pm which can be late for some families and entertainment gets going at 8pm and goes on until 11.30pm so can be heard from your room. Rooms are big, but dated. Hot drink machines slow in the restaurant, gets very busy, toast machine takes and age. Machines in games room don't always work, location is a taxi ride from the old town which after five is a party hotspot for travelling youngsters. Overall is a good hotel,
