I’ve just had a weeks holiday here came home today 25th April this is the best all inclusive holiday we have been on hotel and staff all fantastic very clean food was great couldn’t fault it we will be back amazing

Easily one of the best run hotels we have visited. From arrival until departure the staff did everything possible to make the holiday experience so enjoyable. Whether it was in reception, bars, restaurants or entertainment all the staff were welcoming and take a pride in their work. Their professionalism and dedication shines through in every role carried out. The hotel facilities are excellent and the choice of food and drinks under the AI basis was excellent. The choice of pools, restaurants and bars provides great options for guests of all types. The food in the speciality Oriental and Mediterranean restaurants was particularly good. The hotel will also try to meet room requests where possible and recognise special occasions such as a birthday or anniversary. It's hard to find a criticism for our stay so point I would suggest only by way of increasing the options would be to perhaps have an adult only experience at one of the specialty restaurants on rotation on the later booking time slot. Overall an excellent AI hotel and we will definitely return.

Stayed at this hotel for a week, all inclusive. The hotel is immaculate, with all the public areas frequently cleaned to a high standard. Room cleaning is to same high standard. Breakfast choices are extensive, hot and cold options, plenty fresh fruit and vegetables. For lunch many hot options but I just had salad, which was lovely with a wide range of options. You have the choice to pre - book Mediterranean or Oriental restuarant for evening meal or dine in main restuarant. All are self service. We far preferred the Mediterranean as the food was far hotter there. Remember to book well in advance as they are sometimes fully booked a couple of days prior. Food quality everywhere is of a high standard. My only area for improvement was the cold /lukewarm food in the main restuarant. Despite making sure we went in at 6.30pm sharp when they opened, the hot food options were cold. Olhos de Água is a lovely base to travel across Algarve, many trips available and Uber taxis were very reasonable and reliable. Definitely recommend this hotel.
