“Shoet Family trip”
Check in was very complicated that wasted 40 minutes of our time, the guy checking us in was on his phone and made us feel we were bothering him. He asked for my booking reference and then asked me to take a screenshot of it and email it to him, made no sense, this didnt work so be took a pic of it… more
